Electra Room Hire
electra is delighted to offer space in our corporate offices for hire. We have three principle meeting and conference areas which comprise of a Boardroom, a Training Room and an Atrium.
Boardroom: A formal meeting space with glass-topped table that can accommodate up to seven, equipped with phone system, Wi-Fi, flip-chart and large LCD screen with HDMI capabilities. This room can also be converted into an additional training room with laptops for four delegates and one trainer.
Training Room: Our main training room can provide space for a maximum of eight delegates with a PC each. There is an additional Trainer PC as well as projector, flip chart, whiteboards, Wi-Fi and a phone system available.
Atrium: A more relaxed meeting space suitable for use as a break-out or entertaining area fitted with a large screen TV, Wi-Fi, drinks fridge and serving area, three seated tables and comfortable sofas. Lunch and other refreshments can be served here.
Refreshments and Lunch can be provided and include the following:
- Arrival: Breakfast bars/yoghurt and a selection of teas, fresh coffee and soft drinks
- Morning Break: Fresh Pastries and a selection of teas, fresh coffee and soft drinks
- Lunch: Hot or cold buffet and a selection of teas, fresh coffee and soft drinks
- Mid Afternoon: Chocolate (ice cream in summer) and a selection of teas, fresh coffee and soft drinks
All-inclusive with any room hire:
- Welcome and arrival at dedicated reception including safety induction
- Administration service throughout the day (i.e. telephone messages etc.)
