Software Trainer / Instructor

We are seeking a talented Software Trainer / Instructor to join our team to support our client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client satisfaction, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and expertise in training users on software applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training materials and programs to ensure effective user adoption of software products at our client locations. Previous experience in IBM Maximo is not required although is preferred.

What We’re Looking For:
We are constantly searching for talented individuals in the fields of training delivery, eLearning design and instructional design. If you possess any of the following qualifications or skills, we want to hear from you:
  • Proven track record of delivering training and coaching both face to face and virtually
  • Experience in instructional design and creating training material with a strong understanding of instructional design principles, including needs analysis, content development, and evaluation.
  • Expertise in eLearning Authoring Tools: Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or other eLearning authoring software.
  • Creative Design Abilities: A flair for creative design, including graphics, animations, and multimedia elements.
  • Passion for Learning: A genuine passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging learning experiences.
