As a Maximo trainer I take great delight in liaising with clients to discuss their training and learning requirements with the ability to deliver above and beyond their expectations. I believe in being flexible and transparent is key to maintaining a solid relationship with clients to resolve any challenges and alleviate any pressure. As the saying goes “there is no such thing as a problem, only an opportunity for a resolution”.
I worked in a training role for North East Scotland College nearly 4 years teaching a wide range of people of different ages and sociodemographic backgrounds using a number of different training mediums from desktop, eLearning, mobile solutions and instructor led training.
If you follow me on social media, you will find that the three loves in my life (excluding Maximo) are Cats, Photography and Cycling.

Being able to break down complicated processes to make them easier to understand for all abilities. I like to think of myself as someone who understands and can communicate effectively between the technical side of the business (developers/SMEs) and the end-users (trainees).
