Working closely with the Delivery Managers to generate leads for Electra’s core service and product offerings across 3 workstreams as follows.

  • Bespoke eLearning Development
  • Totara Learning Management System
Bespoke Training & Change Management Workstream
  • M365 Training and Change Management
  • IMPACT Training
  • PowerBI Training
IBM Maximo
  • IBM Maximo Training and Change Management
  • IBM Maximo eLearning

Key Tasks

  • To act as an ambassador for the business, and promote the centre and its products
  • Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
  • Identify strong potential prospects who match our buyer criteria to generate outbound lead opportunities
  • Work with the Marketing team to inform potential clients on the company’s products and services.
  • Produce sales packs
  • Work with our strategic partners to identify leads and opportunities
  • Update our CRM and sales funnel to track and report on leads
  • Build networks through participation in professional networking
  • Work closely with our Sales and Marketing coordinators globally


  • Good networker
  • At least 2 years B2B sales / lead generation experience
  • Business related computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience in working with Learning and Development teams
  • Good understanding of IT Business systems
  • Demonstration of the energy, ability and commitment demanded by this role


  • Experience of working within the Oil and Gas sector and renewable energy


  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Work well under pressure
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Working with measurable targets and to deadlines
