We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and ambitious individual keen to work in a growing global learning business to deliver our internal marketing strategy and increase our brand awareness.

Key Tasks

  • Create and deliver marketing campaigns for products and services
  • Produce and deliver marketing collateral
  • Work with the marketing team to generate content
  • Manage and update social media
  • Update website
  • Issue company newsletter via Mailchimp and manage subscribers
  • Track and report marketing statistics using Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • Monitor the brand guidelines for the corporate brand and product brands – identify areas to improve visually & make sure the teams are abiding by the corporate identity
  • Liaise with our marketing partners to develop and improve our marketing strategy


  • At least 2 years’ experience of delivering successful marketing campaigns including a variety of direct marketing tactics
  • Recognised marketing qualification
  • Business related computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience in working with Learning and Development teams


  • Creating effective visual designs
  • Market research experience
  • Experience of working within the Oil and Gas sector and renewable energy


  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Highly effective communicator
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Working with measurable targets and to deadlines
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
