LPI Reaccreditation – Electra achieves Gold Standard

The Electra Learning team is thrilled to announce that we have once again been awarded the prestigious Gold Standard from the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI). We have achieved the accreditation for the last six consecutive years, and the Gold Standard for the last two of these. We are incredibly proud of the accomplishment.

The LPI Accreditation is a rigorous process that evaluates an organisation’s learning practices, methodologies, and impact on learners. Achieving Gold status signifies that Electra Learning has demonstrated exceptional performance across key criteria, including:

  1. Quality of Learning Programs: Electra Learning’s programs consistently deliver high-quality content, engaging experiences, and measurable outcomes for learners.
  1. Expertise of Learning Professionals: The team at Electra Learning comprises of quality professionals who bring extensive expertise in change management, learning design, and organisational development.
  1. Innovation and Adaptability: Electra Learning stays at the forefront of industry trends, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies to enhance learning experiences.

Ralph Naylor, Consultant at the LPI commented: “The Electra team combines a professional and structured approach with a human face and does it in a wonderfully responsive way, which is attested to by their clients.  It is obvious that they are open to feedback and are constantly seeking ways to improve and develop.  It is a pleasure to work with them on the accreditation. “
