Toolkit Industry Use Case

Unsure how Toolkit could fit into your organisation? Explore how others are already using our advanced LMS as a solution.

LMS Essentials: What You Need to Know

A Learning Management System (LMS) is a central platform that delivers, tracks, and manages training across your organisation, helping you streamline onboarding, compliance training, policy updates, and certificate management. A modern LMS in 2026 should automate reminders and recertification, provide audit‑ready compliance reporting, personalise learning pathways, and integrate with HR systems to keep employee records accurate. The Learning Toolkit enhances these core LMS capabilities with powerful automation, role‑based pathways, intelligent learning recommendations, and seamless integration with HRIS, Sage, and Power BI, reducing admin for HR and compliance teams. Designed for organisations facing new regulatory demands, the Toolkit supports mandatory training, policy rollout, and ongoing recertification, with real‑time dashboards and automated workflows that make it easier to meet requirements such as Flexible Working, Day One Rights, Family‑Friendly Policies, and Sexual Harassment Prevention.

How is the Learning Toolkit different from other LMS platforms?

Many LMS platforms focus on course delivery and content creation. The Learning Toolkit is built around compliance, automation, and policy rollout. It includes automated recertification, role‑based pathways, policy acknowledgement tracking, and deep integration with HRIS, Sage, and Power BI – capabilities not typically offered by standard LMS providers.

Can the Toolkit help us demonstrate compliance during audits?

Yes. It provides time‑stamped training records, recertification logs, and policy‑read receipts that can be exported for internal or external audits.

What systems does the Learning Toolkit integrate with?

HRIS platforms, Sage, and Power BI dashboards. This ensures accurate user data, real‑time reporting, and consolidated compliance insights.

Is the Learning Toolkit mobile friendly?

Yes. The Learning Toolkit is available as a fully mobile responsive app, allowing employees to complete training, read policies and receive reminders on any device.

Do you provide eLearning content?

Yes. Electra offers a full library of compliance and soft‑skills courses that can be paired with the Toolkit. We offer bespoke and off-the-shelf e-Learning content.

Do you offer training for administrators and ongoing support?

Ron Gordon

Senior Learning Designer

I joined Electra in 2022, bringing with me 15 years of experience in e-learning. I studied design for digital media at Robert Gordon’s University and have a real passion for design that I like to inject into everything I create, whether that be e-learning, promotional material or green-screening my kids into classic movies.

My spare time is fairly dominated by my 5 and 1 year olds – but when I get the chance, I like going to gigs, visiting the cinema and hitting the slopes on my board (wish there was more snow in Scotland).

If I could sum up Electra learning in one sentence I’d say…

“Very welcoming, knowledgeable and people orientated”
